Can't open heroes 3 on linux from flash stick.?

I hae a laptop without an hard drive, i boot linux from an dvd,and an extra 1 gb SSD memory card, i installed heroes 3 for linux on an flash stick ,and now it won't run, on my other 16 GB stick i have heroes 3 and alot more games which i can play with no problem from my stick without moving them on the HDD
