This has happened before. When I'm trying to sleep I suddenly can't move any part of my body but I know I'm awake. I hear noises in my head too. What just happened to me was like this bit I could open and shut my eyes. I kept hearing this loud drilling noise in my head and this continued for I think 40 seconds and then he noise stopped and I could move again. Why is this happening?
