My sister wants to play, but she can't log on.
A message pops up and says : "Wrong password or non-existing passport account."
I am absolutely SURE that I typed the password correctly. No caps or num lock.
I tried it on my dad's computer, and my computer, but none of them work.
I also successfully logged onto my account, while once again failing to log into hers.
The last time it worked was maybe 2 or 3 days ago.
My sister wasn't banned...there's no message, plus she never did anything wrong.
I also did 'Find PW' and 'Find User ID'. Still does not work.
Even If I send a ticket, they just give me an email that they are too busy.
Is there a way I can get it to work again?
When does Nexon usually try to fix login failures? Do I need to wait half a year?

I'm not making a new login...
If I really wanted to, I would have done that by now.
But my sister has all her friends on there but she can't
talk to them outside of Mabinogi/Maplestory
She wants her characters that she worked hard to level/get stuff.
She has spend NX on this account.
