It's really weird. I have no idea what this is, or if anyone has had the same problem. To give you an idea of exactly what my problem is, I can't do curls with weights. My right arm can, because it can lay flat, but my left arm is stuck with my thumb pointing up when I try to turn it flat.
I have no idea what this is or how to fix it.
I have an idea of how it came to be, though. When I was very young (I'm not exactly sure of the age, but it had to be about 4-6, and I'm 20 now) I broke my arm. I've had this problem for as long as I can remember, but I'm not exactly sure if I had it back then after my arm healed. I just can't remember that far back.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also, I'd like to add that I do feel pain where I broke the arm constantly. (I broke it about 2.5 inches below my elbow). It's not extreme pain, but it does sometimes flare up and hurt a bit more than usual. Most of the time I just don't recognize it because of how used to it I am.
Thank you very much for reading this, and I hope I can figure it out... the last doctor I went to didn't know what the problem was. That was about 2 years ago.
