Can't install Windows mobile device center because my processor is not supported?

I'm trying to install the 32-bit version of Windows mobile device center on my PC but my I get the error "This installation package is not supported by this processor type". So what's wrong??
My system:
EVGA Super Record 2 motherboard
2x Intel Xeon X5680 processors
12gb 2133mhz DDR3 memory
