Can't install pictures on my T3

I had to reformat my hard drive and re-install the Tungsten T3
software. Since then I can't install pictures on to the T3.

This is the error message I get in the log:

Photos
- Could not copy the following record to the Handheld:
- Could not save the local database. Error Code 1116
Photos synchronization failed
Conduit Error: Unknown error. (1116)

I have tried reinstalling the software and I did get back the 3 sample picutres that come with it but it still won't upload my pictures. also have tried a hard reset.

Any suggestions?

Go to http://www.palmone.com/us/support/downloads/hotsynccheck.html and download the HotSync Check utility and run it. It sounds like a third party program is causing the photos conduit to fail.

Don't know if it makes a difference but I did find out that I can beam a picture to my T3 and use it.

The only other thing I can suggest is uninstalling and then reinstalling the Palm desktop software. It seems the conduit has become corrupted and a reinstall should fix it.

Once again thanks for taking the time to make a suggestion.

I thought I had reinstalled the desktop but I guess I didn't remove everything before re-installing. This time I was extra careful and now everything seems to be working.
