cant hear no one when i answer my cellphone?

i have a samsung jet the problem is i can not hear anyone when they phone me .
they can hear me
i have a good volume i can listen to music.
the sound on the games are good. ringtones are good.
mp3 is good.
and to top it all of i cant fine my manuel.. does anyone know what the problem is.thank you :)
