htc touch screen does not work. if i tap the screen all that comes up is the start menu if i tap it again it disappears. i cant hard reset it. i have the phone on hold volume, and enter key then hold on reset key but all that ever happens is the phone resets as in soft reset. is there anything i can do? ive tried doing the allign screen thing a million times but it just keeps going back to the start and doesnt matter how many times i allign it, it never stops it just continues.
