Can't go to sleep and feel weird?

I'm terrible with feelings by the way lol, but...I feel very strange, perhaps aggregated (but no because I can't fall asleep) or like I haven't eaten, or I feel like something is missing, and there's something very important I have to do right now.

I've had problems sleeping for a long time, usually it takes an hour to fall asleep and when I go to bed early (11-2) it can take 2-3 hours to fall asleep.

I don't associate sleeping or the bedroom with anything negative, I love sleeping and dreaming, and my bed is extremely comfortable. I take a hot shower 30 mins to an hour before bed. I eat VERY healthy, drink mostly water, and some orange and grape juice. I exercise three times daily.

When I lay down in the bed the feeling is worse, any explanations? I want to sleep!
My day was normal, and I'm always an extremely happy person and rarely (if ever) feel aggravated.
 
After your long day, of people, school or work, you're a bit wound up and aggrevated already. You're feeling a lack of feelings and stimulation. I really don't think you're missing anything permanetely, just the lack of busi-ness, whether they were good or bad. idk, you just have to deal. bye.
