Happened to me but in a different circumstance. I tryed to download it to two cps.Two houses so two cps (dad's and mom's houses). Apparently you can only download it once.It just plain doesn't download twice so i guess that what keeps happening to you.Try to find it by searching you documents and folders put putting in the word "rome" or "total" or "war".
