can't download curitel service package

I was reading through the forum and came across some advice to download this progam so I can send pictures to my computer. Anyway, while installing I get a message that says:The software you are installing has not passed the Windows Logo testing to verify it's compatibility with windows xp.
When I had tried using my friend's software,(he had the disc and usb cable package), this message came up before. What is going on?
 
You can ignore those warnings and nothing bad will happen. Check your files if there are no *.cat files then you should get a new batch of drivers that have the *.cat files. These files will get rid of the windows warning. Good luck with it. :)
