im new to this blackberry thing, so i need to ask
ive downloaded the App World to my BB Bold 9700 and i was able to instantly download apps, ive downloaded some (msn mssenger, color id, etc)
but since yesterday im not able to download anymore cuz whe it ask for my email and password, and i put them, and hit confirm (or whatever it says) it says authenticating and then returns to the same screen,
ive changed my password twice and created a new BB account, also unistaled and reinstaled the app... and i still have the same issue, and i dont know how to contact RIM support
