Can't decide whether to study abroad- Florence or Rome?!?

I've done a TON of research and finally narrowed it down to 2 programs- 1 in Florence and 1 in Rome. I do not speak any italian but both of the programs make me take atleast 1 italian course. Both programs have classes that I need to take. so now it just comes down to where it would be best for me to live for about 4 months.

I'm 20 years old, and love to go out and have fun. I've been to Florence with my family and loved it, but never been to Rome! Opinions or personal testomonies?!
