Can't decide on pipes for RG Ultra

As soon as I get this new bike broke in, I want to install stage 1. My last bike (2006 EG Ultra) had V&H dresser duals and monster ovals. I can't decide if I should do the same to this new bike or try something different. I'm thinking about V&H big shot duals too. Any suggestions?

I've got dresser duals and monster ovals on my limited......with the 255 cams it pulls like a freight train....and sounds great....had HO slip ons for a while and they were just too darn loud....

Call Fuel Moto, and get their options and GO with fuel moto.... they have the selection,
and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BUSINESS PERIOD........ hdman

I put the stage 1 up gread on my '06 after I put the Python slip ons . IMHO they sound great and the price was just right. And they look good too.

I have the same ride and am thinking of Fullsac X-over, Ness Big Sucker, TTS Mastertune and maybe some Bub 7's so it is not too loud.

I am waiting till winter when the prices go down!

I intended to go with a true dual setup, but the local dealership guys (sales, parts, service) all said the same thing - V&H Pro Pipe. Four of them have 'em, and we got to listen to them all. I followed their advice (figured they couldn't ALL be wrong!), and am very pleased with the results - and the wife loves hers on her 2010 SG. They really let the bike breathe, add a lot of grunt at lower rpm, and they are LOUD when you get on 'em.

Had Reinhart TDs on my '07, and they worked really well at high rpms. The Pro Pipes give you that good old-school thump at low rpm, and the 103 gained a lot below 3k. Nice and mellow at cruise, but NOBODY will mistake it for a Honda!

I will be putting a 2into1 on my RG Ultra....not sure which one. I will not put on a Thunderheader as the quality of the pipe is not so great. Everytime I see one they look like crap.

Truthfully, I want the good performance and not so loud.
