cant connect to carrier!?!?!?!?

i used to have no problem connecting any iden phone to my pc but now i am. i installed the usb drivers but it doesnt work. i go to read my i855 but it says 'cannot communicate with phone....'. the wierd thing is i can connect to webjal and i even D/L some ringtones and wallpaper.

any1 have any solutions??

make sure that all of your games/apps are not running or suspended. If not reinstall your usb drivers.

they're not running (i had that problem w/ my very 1st nextel) and i reinstalled the drivers many many times. but my question is about the usb installation program from the iden site. after i run it and then plug in my phone (after it tells my to), and it finds it as new hardware asking me to install drivers for it. i thought the app does that when you run it????

very odd, but then again ive always had problems with usb and webjal. Try installing myjal and then installing webjal.
