cant connect my f488 to samsung pc studio !!!

hey there, i am new at this site and i was wondering if someone can help me...
i have a samsung shg-f488 (Chinese) i cant get to work on none of samsung programs like samsung pc studio 3, samsung pc studio7, samsung new pc studio...
they all fail to detect my phone...

simply it is a chinese model and wont connect with original samsung software
