Can't chose a first car, help?

hi I'm 17 male and live in the UK and I'm having a really hard time deciding on a first car to get and it's quite annoying and was just wondering if anyone can help suggest a car to me please?

budget is 5000 to include the car and insurance.
any help is largely appreciated.
