Hi, I have a problem I study in UK but live in Russia,
Currently I am in Russia so my bank knows my current address.
My address on iTunes is however still set as UK.
I purchased some thing in apple store and apparently payments didn't go through (I assume it is due to addresses not matching.)
so now it says I owe apple £9 and I cant use my card as I am technically in debt?
I tried to change billing address but the "United Kingdom" field cannot be amended there. And when I try to change country (in a separate option) it says that I have a payment that still hasnt gone through, so I cant change.
I am stuck in loop hole and cant do anything.
any suggestions?
