Hi all. I have this thing, It happen around 4-5 times to me. The first time i was playing around on a mattress when I was little with a friend, he jumped on my back or on me i think it was and I couldn't breathe for around 10-20 seconds. Other times I cant really remember but I think i got a pat on a back and it happen.

I can't breathe for like 10-20 sec like I said. After trying hard with my nose/mouth trying to take small breaths but nothing. Its like breathing ways get blocked and cant even breathe in. I didn't go to doctor because my parents think it's nothing or faking it.

Once happen when i was in school like i said i got a pat on the back, friends tried to hit my back again after i got this but it didnt help or anything.

Do you guys know whats going on? If i go to a doctor what do i tell him ? And what if it happens again and won't get my breath back

It's commonly known as "getting the wind knocked out of you." It's very common in athletics to have this happen. You'll often see a football player get "winded" and be lying on the ground when his teammate will grab him by the shest pad and jerk him up and own a few times to start his lungs again. You just seem to be very sensitive to these bumps. The next time you go in for a check up, just mention it to the doctor and get his take on it.
