Can't access Rpol.net?

I have been unable to access rpol.net for the past 6 hours, have tried multiple things to resolve the issue. I'm not even sure if it's a problem on my side or not however. Can anyone else access www.rpol.net?

I keep getting this error:

The webpage cannot be found
DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. The link may be broken.
