Can't access old TMO email

I upgraded from a juicy couture sidkick 2 to a curve 8320. Im having problems accessing my old tmail account. Anyone have any ideas?
 
Check with T-Mobile to see if it is still active. BB's use a seperate mail server and system from their regular cell phones.

I did set up my bberry email. I have webpages that the old email is my log in and in order to change it I need to click on a link theyre sending my old address and blah blah...
 
Call Tmo and let them know that there is stuff in the SK desktop tool that you need. They will turn the service back on long enough for you to get what you need. If you only have a little info you need from it just email it to yourself. If you have a lot use the downloadable feature from tmobile.com under your account when you log in. Something like 9.99 and it works like the BB deastop manager. And no you cannot keep the tmail address and trans to the BB.
