can't access games folder on z500a w/ data cable

I recently purchased a serial port data cable for my z500a sony and it seems to work great except I cannot access my games folder. I installed the software from the Sony Ericsson website. I've got Windows Xp, if that matters.
I'd apreciate any info that you could give me, Thanks.
