can't accept WIFI terms of service of airport wireless

Hi,

I have a chinese java/TV/wifi phone (Star TV N97; and Note: I don't have phone service, I only use the WIFI function) that works ok on WIFI except anywhere that I need to accept the WIFI provider''s terms of service - this is mainly the airport/airport lounges.

Normally at the airport, with a laptop, the process is something like this:
Select/connect to the wireless network.
