I own a Canon MP620, and I primarily use it for photographic purposes and business. Lately since I bought fresh ink cartridges last week, the quality of the pictures printed out look washed out and deteriorated. All my ink levels are full except for the PGBK (the big black cartridge) which is half full and I ran a color test and a self cleaning but the problem still persists. Does anyone else have this problem? and what should I do to solve it?
