Hi there, i'm a complete beginner to the DSLR photography as i've always been using my Ixus870. I have considered to purchase the Canon EOS 550D after long hours of reviews and comparison on the net. Currently, i'm stuck in a dilemma as to choose between the 18-55mm kit or the 18-135mm kit. Ignoring the fact that i'm new to this, is the 18-55mm kit good enough? As in terms of lasting longer before getting new another lens. Or is the 18-135mm a better choice? thanks!
