I'm a beginner new to the world of DSLR cameras, and I'm looking for my first one. I've narrowed the field down to either the Canon 550d or the Sony Alpha a33. The feel of the sony alpha is a bit cheap and plastic, but it seems to be better in terms of video, continuous shot speed, and cool gadgets. However, the picture quality of the Canon rebel is better. Which one should i get? (or which one is more suitable for certain uses?)
