I've tried using the removal tool, but during the uninstallation process, it comes to a halt during the "closing windows".
I've also noticed every time my computer starts, I would get an error "Error: "Unable to start ccEmailProxy. . ." (1003,8)" I found a solution from the norton site (http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/sharedtech.nsf/7e7f15291a25d938882567e50048a048/66e73903b48a70a688256dcc007e007c?OpenDocument) but encountered yet another issue, When I was supposed to edit a key in the registries, there were wasn't even a VxD folder for me to edit the keys in that folder!
I really don't know what to do anymore, my audio is also dead, and I think it's because of norton.
