Cannot type with htc chacha?

Hello

I need help with my htc chacha for some reason i keep getting an issue where when im typing, different letter keys seem to open up different things, i would be typing something in my browser and whenever i press the 's' key... It will open my inbox

Is there some feature ive turned on or unaware of and how do i turn this off and stop it from happening?
