Cannot Sync Photos from iTunes to iPhone?

Lately I haven't been able to sync photos to my iPhone through iTunes and everytime I try it says "The iPhone "Something" cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (-54)." I don't know why. But is there anyone who can help me?

I can upload photos from my iPhone to iPhoto but can't sync photos into my iPhone...
