Cannot sign into PS3 Network? It gives me a DNSL error and media server error?

I've been trying for the past two hours to sign in under my account name. It tells me I have been signed out of the network, even though I'm trying to log in.

I've reset my router, disabled the media servers/internet connection, turned the PS3 off and on and still it won't work.

I can sign in easily on the other accounts, just not mine. >:|

Any way to fix it?
I have also signed in manually. Nothing.

Even on PS's website, when I go to check my friend's list, it says I have no friends. . . .

The last time this happened, all I had to do was do a system update. I saw there was another update, so I updated it again, hoping that would fix the problem. Nope. Not this time.

I'm really worried my account is banned (I've never done ANYTHING wrong on the PS3 or in online play. . .)

Sigh.
