Cannot remove program? (Opera Mini)

I have uninstalled Opera Mini and it no longer appears at all under App Manager, but when I go into the Installations folder its icon still appears. When I select it and try to "remove", I get a message saying "Unable to delete Opera Mini".

Is there anything I can do to remove the icon altogether (not just move it), short of a hard reset? I've tried using Windows to search the whole device (E61) in mass storage mode, but it found nothing with Opera in the filename.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks...
 
Does anyone know of any app that lets you tinker under the hood of the operating system, so that you can edit the contents of system folders (like Installations) directly and remove unwanted icons?

Or does anyone know where to look in all the system folders for the entries that control what icons appear? I just want to delete this one icon since it is defunct and no longer valid.
