I was told that in order to recieve a contacts picture in my chat box I needed to click on the icon in the corner of box. My chat box which appears in lower right corner of screen simply has the contacts name inside a blue bar at the top and to the right of that a + and - sign.
Cannot recieve chat box picture of contact.?
