I'm interested in taking drawing or sketching lessons. This is an art that has always fascinated me.
When I mentioned this to someone I know, they said:
You cannot learn how to draw beautifully, you're either born with the gift and work on enhancing it, or you just simply are not gifted and will not learn no matter what.
Do you agree? Do you think I should give up my interest?
I would really like to learn how to sketch people, and other stuff.
Notes:
When I was younger (elementary, junior high school) I used to do some drawings & sketches, nothing professional, but not bad.
I'm NOT good with dimensions.
