Cannot install Themes on N73

For some reason, I cannot install themes onto my N73. It keeps telling me that it's "Unable to install". Any hints?

I'm installing onto my memory card and it's never given me any probs before, only just recently. First I couldn't install ontop of an existing theme (updating). So I went and deleted the directory of the theme (since it didn't show up in Application Manager) and tried again. No go.
 
Nevermind. Found out how to reinstall the themes without having to go through the Nokia Installer. Symbian Blog has a great tutorial in case anyone has the same problem...
