Cannot install files to Palm memory card -- error 16399

Hello,
I just purchased a PALM 2 gigabyte expansion card, and I cannot install files on it in my Tungsten T3 -- I'm getting error number 16399. I'm using a MAC Powerbook G4 with MAC OSX version 10.3.9, and my Tungsten T3 is running Palm OS 4.5.1 I've tried every solution I can find on the web. I've purchased Pocket Tunes and opened it on the palm. Nothing has fixed this, and I'm afraid the card will be useless for the Tungsten Palm. Please help? I would appreciate any insights very much.

Sometimes memory cards need to be formatted before the Palm is able to use them. To do this, go into the Card Info app. Tap Menu--> Card --> Format Card.

You should also make sure you have installed the Tungsten T3 Update and other patches from Palm's web site. Some of the first T3s on the market had problems with memory cards. Palm released some patch to correct the problem.

If that does not work, I'm afraid their may be a compatability issue with your 2GB SD card. Palm officially does not guarrantee that 2GB cards work on the T3. However, there have been some on this forum who claim they use 2GB cards on their T3. They have not mentioned what brand of card they are using and if it makes a difference.
