Using a brand new Dell PC that came with a TV Tuner card, cannot get the Media Center setup to recognize that there is a cable TV connection. When I do the "TV Signal Setup", it automatically starts more than half way through the process at the "scanning for digital antenna signal", bypassing the part where it should be recognizing the cable signal. Tried it automatically, manually, nothing works.
