Cannot copy music to Sony Walkman mp3 player?

I organized the music folders as I wanted in my Music folder, but when I try to copy these folders and paste them into my Sony Walkman music file, it disorganizes them, stores two folders in random other folder, etc. etc.

For example, whereas MUSIC>>JOHNNY CASH and MUSIC>>ENYA might be copied at the same time and pasted, but becomes WALKMAN>>MUSIC>>JOHNNY CASH>>Cash songs+ ENYA>>Enya songs.

Any suggestions?
