Cannot Access A&E HD

I'm currently susbcribing to the HD package, and I have the regular A&E channel, but do not have access to A&E-HD.
On the channel listing page from Bell, there doesn't seem to be any conditions to have A&E HD, other than susbcribing to the HD package.

Anybody knows why this is happening?
 
If you on the Legacy package (meaning you have a system charge of 5.99$) you can not get it unless you upgrade to current packages

If ou are with the current programming package, and suscribe to HD for over a year you probably have the HD Value pack Old. Call BEV, they will remove your HD package, add the new one (no difference in price), and ou will have it in 15 min-2 hours

If you used to get it in the last few weeks and are not getting it now, maybe there is signal issues
