I have the cannelloni tubes which I am going to soak in hot water.
I am making a beef cannelloni and was planning on putting some stuffed grated cheese in with the beef in the cannelloni tubes and then pouring a tomato sauce over the top. Would this work? Or will the cheese melt completely so you can not taste in when I put it in the oven.
Or should I do the beef with the tomato sauce then stuff it in the cannelloni tubes and put some more tomato sauce on the top???
