Cancer?

Hi im an 18 year old male, for about a week ive been having pains in my pelvic area, these are not constant but they happen a lot. Ive heard that this is a symptom of testicular cancer. also at night my stomach is constantly growling and feels like there is a lot of pressure in it. These pains in my groin and pelvic area are just a dull ache. I went to the doctor but he didnt feel any lumps, however he said if they dont clear up i will need an ultrasound.

Does anyone know what this could be? Help please
 
I wonder if it's actually your intestines. I get low abdominal pain and lots of grumbling from IBS. The grumbling is always worse at night and after dinner. All the best.
