Well, men aren't SUPPOSED to get it. Neither are women. But men CAN get it just as women can.

I seriously doubt it's anything to worry about especially since breast cancer doesn't usually show up in both breasts at the same time. But it is worth checking out just so you know for sure what it is you were feeling. I've performed the test on myself and I've felt some weird shit there too but it never ends up as anything. It's difficult to know what to feel for if you've never felt something before that's not as it should be.
