It depends where you live as to what's available, but if you live in a big city or near one, then most likely, yes. I majored in biology in college (bachelor's) and got a job right out of college doing kidney cancer research at the Cleveland Clinic. If there's a large hospital near you, I would check with them first. If you're not adverse to moving to a different city, check out the major hospitals: Johns Hopkins, The Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Sloan Kettering (sp?), etc.
