cancelling att cellular service with no termination fee?

am leaving the country for a year and going back to my home country to UK.
am on a 2 yr agreement with att..
is it possible for me to break the contract with no reason, since i have a legitimate reason..
what are the reasons that att accepts, for cancelling with no penalty
