Cancelling AP Test Scores?

If you cancel one of your AP Scores AFTER you receive your scores, will colleges see this score and cancellation? Or will it completely wipe the test from your record? I am a sophomore.

I know if you cancel BEFORE you receive scores the scores are not sent, but I am specifically talking about AFTER. Thank you.
