Canadian roaming costs?

I live in Toronto and am visiting family in Vancouver for holidays. I use BIS. Is there a "roaming charge" for getting my blackberry messages? What about using browser and other data programs such as Viigo and Jivetalk. I don't want any nasty surprises.

Obviously calls will be extra. Any idea what Rogers charges for roaming on calls in Canada?
 
As far as I know, there should be no charges for data roaming in Canada. Someone correct me if I am wrong...
I traveled a bit and was never charged...
