statements by the Police? I have received a disclosure document from the police. I was given a PTA for of possession of marijuana. I never had none on my person, however myself and another person were sitting in a parked vehicle with the owner/driver. Police came along and did a search of our body's, and found nothing. However the driver was found to be in possession of a grinder and rolling papers on his person, also when vehicle was searched they found in his console 6 roaches in a container. there was no pot being smoked prior to being searched though they claim they could smell it. according to the police in disclosure we were told we are under arrest, not true, they said our rights we read, not true. they claim i said i knew there was pot in the vehicle not true I had no knowledge of any pot in vehicle, they claim that the owner said we were smoking pot, not true he never made that claim. there are many more areas that are not true. We we all questioned individually with only one cop present, there was no written statements given. The one person was let go and myself and the driver were given PTA's and it was at this time we were told we were under arrest and read our rights. Have the Police broken any laws, how can they make statements that we all knew were not true.

1) when the pot was found, the Police claim they informed the 3 of us we now under arrest for possession of marijuana, that is false. that was never indicated at that time
2) the Police claim our rights were read prior to asking questions, that is false, that never read our rights at that time.
3) The truth is after all the interrogation was done was when the 2 of us were told we are under arrest and read our rights.
4) I can tell you this if the 3 of us knew prior to questioning that we under arrest we would have never answered any questions period
I guess my question is the details the Police have stated in Disclosure are more conjecture then truth
