For the continuing education program, it says that all applicants need highschool acedemic standings into a university degree program...What if you have no acedemic status in highschool, and not high enough marks to get into a university....BUT you do have a college diploma that grants you to transfre into a university given that your average was higher than 75 in college. Would it be the same?
