complaining about service? I've been paying on time for the last three years and I've kept a clean apartment. Now, I get a letter from the company's lawyers informing me that the residence manager would like to offer me an early out. My contract doesn't end until march 2010. I said no to the offer and stated that if I must leave then I would like to be financially compensated. What can they do now?
