I have a scooter I commute on and last time I had it in for service at the scooter shop there was a coffee table book about scooters in Vietnam with pages of photos. Whole families, huge piles of boxes, you name it they had it on a scooter. It also had pictures of scooter cabs where women in business suits will just sit sideways on the back with their legs crossed flying down busy roads. It's no wonder the fatality rates are so high.
