My husband joined the Navy and is supposed to leave this coming Monday for boot camp. On Wednesday his recruiter told him that he would not be leaving because they are not sending any recruits to boot camp until the new year. I've seen many people talk about their family member leaving this month and wonder why he is not getting to go. I don't believe the recruiter one bit and was wondering if there is something he can do? He is going in for Master at Arms as an E-2 and was supposed to leave 11/16.
Can your boot camp date be pushed back?
